Location
Registration will be located with in the Marine room, in the lobby level of the Westin Harbour Castle
Dealers and their assistants will check in for registration at the Dealers Den within the Metro ballroom

Registration Hours
Thursday, March 20th
1:00 – 2:00 pm: Open for Benefactors, VIPs, Accessibility, and Supersponsors. (Line 4)
2:00 – 3:00 pm: Open for pre-registered Sponsors and higher registration tiers. (Lines 2 and 4)
3:00 – 7:00 pm: All other attendees (line cut-off is 6:30 pm). (Lines 1, 2, 4)
7:00 – 7:30 pm: CLOSED for preparations and a brief rest
7:30 – 10:00 pm: Open for All registrations (line cut-off is 9:30 pm).
Friday, March 21st
9:00 am – 10 pm: Open for All Registrations (until registrations are sold out)
Saturday, March 22nd
9:00 am – 6 pm: Open for All Registrations (until registrations are sold out)
Sunday, March 23rd
9:00 am – 1 pm: Open for All registrations (until registrations are sold out)
Accessibility Accommodations
You do not need to visit our Accessibility team first to receive accommodation for the Registration lines. Notify a staff member outside Marine for assistance.
Need to see our Accessibility team? Pick up your badge first, then take the elevator one floor up to visit Convention Operations (Pier 2).
Con Store Treasure Pick-up
After you receive your registration badge, you can visit the Con Store in the Dealers Den (Metro Ballroom) to pick up the following:
Supporter/Sponsor+ treasures
Extra purchases with your registration (see Special Notes about TTC passes and pre-ordered parking)
Pick-up times:
Thursday: 5 pm to 8 pm
Friday: During Dealers Den (open to public) operating hours.
Saturday: During Dealers Den (open to public) operating hours.
Sunday: During Dealers Den (open to public) operating hours prior to the lunch break.
Please pick up all items by 1 pm on Sunday.
Special Notes:
Pick up pre-ordered TTC passes when you pick up your registration badge.
If you pre-ordered discounted parking at 200 Bay Street (near the overflow hotel), an Impark representative will be available at Marine (Registration).
