Hello everyone, and a Happy New Year to you! We hope for the happiest and healthiest year we’ve seen in a while, which includes preparing for our return to Furnal Equinox in March 2022! As always, the team has been working hard to make sure that this year’s Furnal Equinox is a fun, exciting, and memorable weekend for everyone involved. As time ticks down to the big weekend, here are some updates to keep you informed for #Furnal2022!
Volunteers & Staffing
It wouldn’t be FE without people behind the scenes to make that magic happen, and we’re still looking for more help! We are seeking out volunteers who are willing to assist us before, or during the course of Furnal Equinox 2022. You will be able to work on a flexible schedule, and it really does become worth your while with plenty of perks offered with volunteering!

COVID Protocols
We are still waiting for provincial policy to be reviewed at the end of January in regards to events & social gatherings before announcing any changes to our plans for the convention. As always, we are monitoring the situation in Ontario and will update accordingly.
Further, we will likely have a survey out soon on our social media platforms to see what you think about the situation—FE is a product of our attendees, community, and volunteers. Your ideas and opinions are highly valued, and will help us better assess our options.
In the mean time, please review Ontario’s current policies for masking & safety on the Ontario.gov website, and see our own attendee safety policy required for attendance on our website here.
Registration

REGISTRATION is OPEN! Pre-registration is currently still open, and will remain so until February 28th! If you pre-register, you will save money on registration at the door, and we will also honour any refund requests until pre-registration closes, should your plans change. Hotel
Once the Dealers block closes in February, we may have a few more rooms open up. Keep an eye on our socials around the time if you still need a room.

Dealers Den
All Dealers applications are now closed, thank you to everyone who applied! Dealers for #Furnal2022 should be getting finalized soon, so please keep an eye on your email if you applied.
DJs/Dance
DJ Applications are closed as of January 15th, 2022. Thank you to the applicants, and good luck! You should be hearing from our Dances team soon.
Charity
We welcome back Hobbitstee as our charity for #Furnal2022! They’ve moved to a new site. This will enable them to have an even greater community impact by helping sick and injured wildlife return to their natural habitats. Programming
All panels and events are currently being finalized by our Programming department. Keep an eye out in the future for more information on what we have in store for #Furnal2022 as we put the pieces together for an amazing experience.
