Hotel booking for Furnal Equinox 2027 opens Friday, October 30 at 8 PM Eastern!
Passkey may require a code, you will be able to find this on the Hotel and Travel page on the day of the block opening, just below the booking link.
A few details on the block:
- The block is first come, first served and runs Friday, February 12 to Tuesday, February 16 (check-out). Please keep in mind that the convention runs from February 13th to 15th.
- Shoulder nights (Thursday and Tuesday) can be booked outside the block at the hotel's regular rate by calling Marriott reservations or booking separately.
- Rooms are $299/night for a Traditional King or Traditional Queen/Queen, and $339/night for a Premium Queen/Queen (CAD, before taxes).
- The group rate ends when the block fills or January 14 at 5 PM Eastern, whichever comes first.
- If your room type shows as sold out, keep checking. Rooms come back into inventory when other people’s bookings aren’t finished in a timely manner or get cancelled. Once your booking is confirmed, the room is yours. We’ll email everyone if more rooms are added.
- Some nights may sell out faster than others. Checking “all available” will show which dates are sold out. Unfortunately we cannot extend reservations and additional days must be booked by calling Marriott reservations or by booking separately.
- Can't make it anymore? Cancel your room so it goes back to the block. Reservations can't be transferred or sold to someone else.

- Read the hotel's terms carefully when booking. They cover the damage deposit, cancellation terms, minimum age to book, and early check-out fees.
