As Furnal Equinox continues to grow, we want to share an important update about how our hotel block will work for FE2027.
We are returning to a first-come, first-served hotel block rather than using a lottery system. This change comes as we move into a larger venue and work to increase the number of hotel rooms available to our attendees. Our hope is that the added capacity will let more attendees stay close to the convention and make booking simpler and more accessible for everyone of you.
At the same time, we want to be transparent: we do not yet know whether our primary hotel block will be large enough for everyone who wants a room. Because we have operated under venue capacity limits in previous years, our past attendance and hotel demand data doesn't give us a complete picture of what demand will look like as we grow. Some expectations may continue to evolve as we learn more.
We will keep working with our hotel partners to expand our room availability in the years ahead. If the primary block fills, we will also work to share nearby hotel options so attendees can find accommodations in the surrounding area.
Hotel Booking Dates
October 16: Hotel booking opens for Dealers
October 30: Hotel booking opens for General Attendees and for attendees requiring accessibility accommodations

Group Rate Cutoff
The group rate is available to book until 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, January 14, 2027. After that time, any remaining rooms will be released for general sale, and we cannot guarantee the group rate will still be available. Booking through our link before the cutoff is the best way to secure your room at the group rate.
Billing Details
Guests are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.
A one-night deposit will be collected by December 10th, 2026. Reservations with declined credit cards at the time of deposit processing may be cancelled and released back into the group block. This helps keep rooms available for guests still looking to book before the cutoff date. Please make sure the card on your reservation is valid before then.
A $400 damage/cleaning deposit per room is collected by the hotel at check-in. Visa Debit is accepted, or cash with a credit card on file. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
All hotel registrants must be 18 or older.

Accessibility
If you require an accessible hotel room or have specific accessibility needs for your stay, please indicate this during registration and provide the requested information. This helps us understand demand and work with our hotel partners as effectively as possible. Our Support Desk and Accessibility team are also available to answer questions. Some requests may require coordination with the hotel, and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution with you.
