General Information

Those who registered for one of our sponsor tiers prior to October 22nd will have early access to the room block. Links will be sent via email to each sponsor tier in descending order. We will be verifying the registration of those who reserve rooms – please do not share your link with anyone!

Accepted dealers will have access to a separate room block. Emails with more information on this will be sent after application approval. Any remaining rooms after dealers have had a chance to book theirs will be released into the general block.

As rooms within our block are in high demand, we will be limiting reservations to one room per attendee. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Westin Harbour Castle

The Westin will be handling reservations for their property directly. Online booking will be through the Westin’s website. As such, you may call the Westin with any questions or to modify your reservation. Please note that Westin suites will not be available for booking this year.

There will still be continued construction in the Westin in March 2024. As such, we anticipate limited access to the South Tower elevators once again, and we are working on ways to cut down on North Tower elevator wait times. The Westin has done their best to accommodate our needs; any special requests for your room can be made with the hotel itself.

We will be requiring a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to one night’s stay for this year. This will be charged in early December. If your payment declines for any reason, you will have one week to resolve any issues. Another charge attempt will occur in January for any booking not charged in December.

Overflow Hotels

Our overflow hotels this year will be the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown and Novotel Toronto Centre. Booking for overflows will be through our agent’s portal, so these hotels will be unable to modify your reservation directly until closer to the convention. For any questions regarding overflow hotel reservations, do not contact either hotel. Instead, please reach out to our team at hotel@furnalequinox.com. 

We are unable to provide transportation to our overflow hotels. However, we are offering TTC passes as an add-on during registration to help attendees explore Toronto. The TTC pass also gives access to Wheel-Trans, a mobility assistance service. Those who wish to use Wheel-Trans need to register online before the convention. More information can be found on the TTC website.
