We understand that this can cause stress and anxiety, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue. However, we are pleased to report that confirmation emails are still arriving in people’s inboxes, so please be patient and continue to check your email.
We also wanted to highlight that the BOOKING AGENT REGISTRATION Number and the HOTEL’S CONFIRMATION (Reservation) Number, are not the same. The hotel cannot see any BOOKING AGENT REGISTRATION Numbers. They will only have their own CONFIRMATION number. If you have not received the email from the hotel, you will not know what the CONFIRMATION Number is.
Lastly, please note that when you receive your confirmation email from the hotel, you may need to update your address and other contact information.
