Furnal Equinox Registration Procedures 2024

Thursday, March 14th: 

4:00 – 4:30 pm: Open for Benefactors, VIPs, Accessibility, and Supersponsors. (Line 4)

4:30 – 5:30 pm: Open for pre-registered Sponsors and higher registration tiers. (Lines 3 and 4)

5:30 – 7:00 pm: All other attendees pre-registered before March 2nd, 2024 (line cut-off is 6:30 pm). (Lines 2, 3, 4)

7:00 – 7:30 pm: CLOSED for preparations and a brief rest

7:30 – 10:00 pm: Open for All registrations (line cut-off is 9:30 pm).

Accessibility

Need to see our Accessibility team? An Accessibility desk is inside registration. Pick up your badge first. If the Accessibility desk is not open, go to Pier 2 (Con Ops).

You do not need to visit our Accessibility team first to receive accommodation for the Registration lines. Notify a staff member outside the Registration room for assistance.

Con Store Treasures

Visit the Con Store in the Dealers Den (Metro Ballroom) to pick-up the following:

· Supporter/Sponsor+ treasures

· Extra purchases with your registration

Line too long? You have until Saturday 5:45 PM to pick up all items ordered with your registration.

Pick-up Times:

Thursday: 4 pm to 10 pm

Friday: 12 pm (11 pm Early Access) to 5:45 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5:45 pm

Limited Day Passes

A limited amount of day passes per day will be available. It is recommended to register in advance.

Pay online to secure your pass. We strongly recommend this option if you are travelling a long distance to attend Furnal Equinox.

The option to register and pay at the door is also available. If we run out of day passes and there are unpaid registrations after 2 pm, we may cancel unpaid registrations and allow attendees waiting in line to register.
