Registration, Hotel, and Dealers Opening Tomorrow!

Getting you one (or several) steps closer to Livin’ Large with your furry friends!

With many of you tossing wallets at your screens, we know that the excitement is almost ready to burst. Here’s some important information you’ll need before furiously clicking at those links!

Registration

We’ll be launching our pre-registration online starting on August 5th, 2017 at 12 PM Eastern Time. You can find all our membership levels and prices on our Registration page. Our Early Bird prices start from $45 for regular Attending membership, with more swag with each level. Early Bird prices will run until November 26th (at 11:59 PM EST), at which time they’ll increase by $5 for each level. Don’t forget to pre-register and tell your friends to do the same!

Hotel

For all our attendees vying for those sparkling lake-side rooms at the Westin Harbour Castle, we’ll also be opening Hotel bookings starting on August 5th starting at 12 PM Eastern Time. Rates for the Westin Harbour Castle will be starting at $144.99 CAD per night for a Traditional King / Two Double bed room. This year, in conjunction with our theme, our room block also includes Deluxe Corner King Suites, starting at $444.99 CAD per night – perfect for celebrating a weekend of furry extravagance!

We’re also working on establishing an overflow hotel for 2018, for those that don’t mind a short walk – we’re expecting many bookings for the Westin hotel, but don’t give up hope if you’re not able to grab a room right away. We’ll always be working on getting more!

Travel & Rental discounts have yet to be determined from last year, as we continue to work with our wonderful partners at Andromeda Consultants to get you here at an affordable cost. Keep your eyes and ears out for news regarding deals as we move into the Fall!

Dealers

We’ll be opening up applications for Dealers Den tables starting on….you guessed it, August 5th at 12 PM Eastern Time! Make sure you get your application in early, along with payment – it’s a first-pay, first-serve system with many Dealers hungry for their opportunity to equip our flashy furries with even more bling. If you would like to apply for a Dealers table as well as upgrade your membership, you can do so when you are filling out your information. Remember, all Dealers assistants MUST register for a badge separately, and inform our Dealers team with which dealer you are assisting (along with your badge information).
